Utility Consumption Database

What is it?

The Utility Consumption Database is a web-based database of historical energy consumption. The database allows school boards access to their historical consumption information for both natural gas and electricity. Through simple to generate reporting, school boards are able to review the consumption of schools as stand alone entities, or benchmarked against other schools within their board, or in the entire group of schools within the database.

Some of the key functions that the database offers include:

  • Automated capture of consumption data
  • 2 years of historical consumption data
  • Standardized, simple reporting
  • Expandability to meet board specific needs

The Utility Consumption Database is designed to become the core of a school board's energy conservation efforts, providing the board with the data and information needed to identify best practices in energy management and conservation.

Leveraging the energy industry experience of Aegent Energy Advisors Inc. and the "best in class" information system of Managingenergy.com, the Utility Consumption Database will provide school boards with an efficient, user friendly tool for tracking and reporting energy consumption.
